Carl A. Foulks, Jr., MD

A native North Carolinian, Dr. Foulks is board certified in both Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine.  He received his BS degree from NC A&T State University.  He then attended the Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC and later returned to North Carolina for Internal Medicine Residency training at East Carolina University.  He completed his Gastroenterology training at the University of Texas - MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.  He has been a part of the Piedmont HealthCare family since 2004.

Neil M. Kassman, MD
208 Old Mocksville Road, Statesville, NC 28625

A board certified Gastroenterologist, Dr. Kassman has been a member of the Statesville Medical Community since 1988.  He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at the Danbury Hospital in Connecticut (an affiliate of Yale University School of Medicine). After his fellowship in digestive diseases at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA, he joined Statesville Medical Group - now known as Piedmont HealthCare, P.A. 

Joseph A. Petrozza, MD

A member of the Statesville Medical Community since 1983, Dr. Petrozza is board certified in Gastroenteroogy and Internal Medicine. He received his BS from the University of Pittsburgh and M.D. from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA.  Completing his residency and fellowship at the University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore, he then moved to NC and became a physician for Statesville Gastroenterology Associates, P.A. which joined Statesville Medical Group to form Piedmont HealthCare, P.A. in 1996. 

Robert W. Reindollar, MD

Originally from Maryland, Dr. Reindollar received his A.B. from Catawba College in Salisbury, NC.  He received his M.D. from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore and attended the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston for his fellowship in Gastroenterology.  Subsequently, he completed his liver fellowship at The Center for Liver Disease at The University of Miami.  For 25 years, he has worked in Charlotte where he founded the Charlotte Center for GI and Liver Disease, The Carolinas Center for Liver Disease, and Central Carolinas Liver Association.  He joined Piedmont HealthCare in January 2005.
